This deposit starts the installation process, including any required DNO applications, and to start us coordinating your installation date. How to Proceed To process your deposit, please provide the following: System Details – Specify the system you require. MPAN Number – For energy network reference. Photos of Installation Space – Include a description of the battery system location. Consumer Unit Photos – Show the consumer unit and describe its location relative to the battery system. Existing Solar Inverter Photos – If relevant, provide images of your current solar inverter setup. Payment & Refund Information Deducted from Total Cost – The deposit is subtracted from your final installation package price. Refundable Policy – Fully refundable until the system is dispatched for delivery. Balance Payment – Due 5–7 days before installation to allow delivery scheduling.
