Global shipping

Smaller items that can be delivered in parcels can be delivered globaly such as inverters & optimisers. Solar Panels & batteries are delivered throughout Europe by tracked delivery. Solar panel kits are limited to UK deliveries only. 

UK orders are typically processed the same day as the order is received for delivery within  3-5 days.

There must be somebody available on the day of delivery from 09.00-17.00 to receive the delivery otherwise a re-delivery charge will be applied to either send the order back to the warehouse or to the customer's address.

Any damaged items or discrepancies in the shipment must be reported within 10 days of the date of receiving the shipments. ITS Technologies Ltd. will not take responsibility for claims made more than 10 days after the delivery date.

European deliveries are typically processed within 2-3 days of order received  for delivery within 7-14 business days.

International parcel deliveries are typically processed within 2-3 days of order received for delivery within 3-7 business days.

The dates booked for delivery with the transport company are not guaranteed delivery dates. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Buyer’s failure to provide the Supplier with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions which are relevant to the supply of the Goods.

The quantity of Goods as recorded by the Supplier on the proof of delivery signed by the Buyer shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the Buyer on delivery unless the Buyer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.

Any liability of the Supplier for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro rata rate against any invoice raised for such Goods.

For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and will be exchanged free of charge in case of damage resulting in non functioning of the goods. To be able to claim on damaged goods the items must be checked upon receiving the goods and the delivery note signed for as damaged.  The Buyer must report the damage to the Supplier within 7 days from receiving the goods.
