The Katko 250A 4-Pole AC Isolator is a heavy-duty enclosed switch disconnector designed for high-current electrical applications, making it particularly suitable for larger commercial solar PV, battery storage and three-phase electrical systems.

With a rated current of 250A, the isolator is housed within a durable polycarbonate MF11 enclosure offering IP65 protection. The enclosure provides excellent electrical insulation together with resistance to UV radiation and many chemicals, allowing reliable operation in demanding indoor and outdoor environments.

Designed with safety in mind, the Katko isolator incorporates self-extinguishing materials, a secure door interlocking mechanism with defeat facility, and a padlockable rotary handle to help prevent unauthorised or accidental operation during maintenance.
