3-Metre Flower Tulip Wind Turbine
Our 3-Metre Flower Tulip Turbines deliver a robust, high-performance wind energy solution in a compact, visually striking design. Suitable for homes, commercial buildings, and community installations, these turbines can be installed either at ground level or on structurally suitable flat roofs.
Thanks to Flower Turbines’ patented Bouquet Effect, performance increases as turbines are installed together—meaning each turbine produces more energy when operating as part of a cluster. The standard finish is white, blending seamlessly into both urban and architectural environments.
Designed for Optimal System Sizing
The 3-metre turbine has been engineered so that five units pair optimally with a 5 kW inverter. This ensures:
Balanced system design
Maximum usable energy output
Efficient inverter utilisation
This makes the 3M Tulip an excellent choice for modular, scalable wind installations.
Strong-Roof & Ground Installation Ready
With its 3-metre blade height and reinforced design, the 3M Tulip is specifically suited for stronger roof structures where additional load capacity is available. It is equally effective when installed at ground level using a metal base fixed to concrete foundations.

AL13 Power Tower
Modular, Cost-Effective Vertical Wind Energy
The AL13 Power Tower product line is the most cost-efficient wind solution in the Flower Turbines portfolio, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious commercial and community projects without compromising performance.
Designed for on-site assembly using standard professional tools, the Power Tower is easy to transport and install. Larger stacks may require a small crane. Each tower is built from 1-metre modular sections, allowing flexible system heights and scalable output.
Modular Design & Superior Wind Capture
Power Towers feature anodised aluminium blades stacked at alternating 90-degree angles, enabling exceptional wind capture from all directions. This configuration allows the turbine to start generating at even lower wind speeds than the Flower Tulip range, while benefiting from the same internal aerodynamic advancements and patented Bouquet Effect when deployed in groups.
Standard stacks are supplied in 2, 4, 6, or 8-module configurations, with 8 modules offering the best economy of scale.
Custom stack heights of 3, 5, or 7 modules are available on request (not included in standard online packages), although balanced stacking in even multiples is recommended for most installations.
Stabilisation & Structural Requirements
Stacks of 4 modules or more require a stabiliser pole, fitted with an upper bearing for long-term reliability
One stabiliser pole can support up to two Power Tower stacks
All bearings require annual inspection
Electronics & Performance Optimisation
6- or 8-module stacks are supplied with:
5 kW electronics for low-wind areas
10 kW electronics for higher-wind locations
Generator sizing is selected based on stack height, wind conditions, and bouquet configuration
These wind turbines are around 3 meters total height. Blades are 2 meters high and 1.7 meters in diameter. They come with a generator rated at 1,000 watts, and a charge controller.
Key Features
Modular vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) design

ITS is proud to be UK representatives for the medium to large scale commercial market for Flower Turbines. Flower Turbines is the global leader in high-performance vertical axis wind turbines (VAWTs). ITS support EPC contractors, renewable energy installers, developers, and commercial organisations in integrating Flower Turbines’ innovative wind systems into projects across the UK.
Whether you are enhancing an existing solar installation or designing a new multi-technology renewable system, Flower Turbines delivers a unique combination of efficiency, elegance, and outstanding performance—especially where traditional wind and solar solutions face limitations.
Additional information and technical specifications available on the Flower Turbines website.
The Cluster Effect – Maximum Output From Minimal Space
One of the most powerful advantages of Flower Turbines is the Cluster (Bouquet) Effect. Most wind turbines experience performance losses when installed close together. Flower Turbines do the opposite. With four turbines positioned together producing more than eight turbines separately.

These wind turbines are around 9 meters total height. Blades are 8 meters high and 1.7 meters in diameter. They come with a generator rated at 10,000 watts, and a charge controller.
